When you book our Lux1 photography studio, you get access to all unique sets, premium lighting gear + modifiers, and paper backdrops. Our space is designed for both photo and video production, making it ideal for everything from fashion editorials to product shoots.

2- Is Parking Available At The Studio?

Yes. Our Lux1 studio offers personal parking nearby, plus easy walk-up access from the Main Street .

3- What types of shoots are allowed at LUX1 Studio?

Our studio supports a wide range of creative projects, including:

  • Portrait, branding, and lifestyle photography

  • Fashion and editorial shoots

  • Product photography and commercial content

  • Video production, interviews, and talking-head videos.

  • Social media content, reels, and portfolio work

For safety and professionalism, we do not allow:

  • Adult or explicit content

  • Full or partial nudity, boudoir, or bikini shoots

  • Illegal, unsafe, or hazardous activities

  • Highly disruptive or destructive setups

4- What props are available at the studio?

LUX1 Studio offers a curated selection of props and furniture to complement different creative styles.

5- Are there any studio restrictions?

Yes. To maintain a professional and respectful environment:

  • No smoking or vaping of any kind

  • No weapons, drugs, or illegal substances

  • No full or partial nudity or sexually explicit content

All guests are expected to respect the space, equipment, and other bookings

6- Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

We are transparent with pricing.

  • Standard studio amenities are included with your booking

  • Professional lighting equipment may be available as an add-on

  • Overtime is billed at the same hourly rate as your booking

  • A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio requires excessive cleanup after your session

7- What seamless paper colors are available?

neutral seamless paper are typically available. Other colors may be available depending on current inventory but are not guaranteed unless requested in advance.

If you need a specific color, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability or request a custom order.

8- Can I Bring My Own Photo/Video Team?

Yes! Our hourly studio rental option gives you full access to our studio and all included amenities. So when you book our studio you are welcome to create however you'd like.

Feel free to bring your own lighting and production gear!

9- Why is ID required for booking?

A valid government-issued ID is required for security and accountability. This helps protect both the studio and our clients in case of damages, payment issues, or disputes.

10- Can I order food during my session?

Yes. Many clients use delivery services such as DoorDash or Uber Eats during longer sessions. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself.

11- Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. The minimum booking time at LUX1 Studio is one hour.

12- Do you have video lighting available?

Yes. LUX1 Studio offers professional lighting options suitable for video production. Please refer to the equipment list for details.

Cancellation and

rescheduling policy:

Payment & Booking Confirmation

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• A booking is not considered confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

• This includes, but is not limited to: personal emergencies, weather conditions,

travel issues, client cancellations, or scheduling conflicts.

• Cancelled bookings cannot be transferred to another person.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or text).

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time

may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

• All rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability.

• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.

• Rescheduled bookings must be used within a reasonable timeframe determined

by the studio; otherwise, the booking may be forfeited.

• LUX1 Studio reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests that are made lastminute or that significantly impact studio operations.
